I am a strength and conditioning coach currently working as Physical Performance Manager for the Sri Lanka Cricket team.
Since starting at Sri Lanka Cricket in September 2017, I have had a pivotal role in improving the fitness standards for Sri Lanka Cricket, and installing a modern, professionalised attitude towards individual and team fitness.
I have previously held positions at Sussex County Cricket Club and Sototennis Academy, and completed my internship at AFC Bournemouth after completing a BSc and MSc in Sport and Exercise Science at University of Portsmouth.
